Graduate Employability Programme
LICENSE to WORK™ is a career-readiness programme for ambitious young talents and graduates who are awaiting NYSC call-up, or have completed it, and are seeking employment.
It bridges the gap between academic knowledge and workplace readiness, blending practical learning, coaching and real-world exposure, with a focus on critical workplace skills, professional behaviours and personal branding.
Target audience: Fresh University/Polytechnic graduates with 0–3 years' experience
Duration: 6 months (3 months in class, 3 months internship)
Format: Hybrid (virtual training + in-person experiences)
Outcome: A "License to Work™" certificate issued in partnership with reputable organisations
